About Me,
From Central Arkansas. Home is where the art is.
Creativity may be the greatest gift. Writing a script, building a crew and seeing a film through is fulfillment that nothing else compares to.
I currently study film at the University of Central Arkansas as an M.F.A. Candidate. During my time here, I aim to hone my skills as a writer, director and producer. Furthermore as a freelancer, I tend to work in G&E which also keeps my creative eye up to par.
Education and Expertise
Some may say a degree does not matter in the world of film…
I would disagree.
While attending the University, I was encouraged to collaborate with young filmmakers local to me while being mentored by fellow filmmakers (my professors) who had earned a name for themselves in industry already.
Though projects, assignments, and recommendations from teachers; I was able to work on student films and local productions before graduating with my B.A.
This gifted me professional experience and technical skill during my time in undergraduate studies and after. Guidance during this program, gave me to tools needed earn a spot in graduate school three years later.
I received my Bachelor’s of Art (B.A.) from the University of Missouri in May of 2022. Here, I majored in Film Production with a minor in Digital Storytelling and Theatre.
